Thyme charges 1 basis point per year (0.0001%) of your funds under management or $50/mo, whichever is greater.
You can optionally upgrade to the professional plan for the dedicated support. The price would be $200/mo or 1 basis point of your funds under management per year.
For example, if your fund size is:
- $10m you would pay $83/mo or $1,000/yr
- $25m you would pay $208/mo or $2,500/yr
- $50m you would pay $417/mo or $5,000/yr
Funds over $25m are automatically enrolled in the premium support plan.
Funds under management (FUM) is calculated by the total investment contributed to your funds or deals.
For example, if you raise a fund of $5m or have a deal where investors contribute $5m, then the FUM would be $5m.
If you have ten funds, each of $10m, then the FUM would be $100m.
FUM is calculated monthly and you'll be charged based on the amount at the beginning of every month.
No. There's no fee per investor. You'll pay the same fee if there's 1 or 1,000.
Thyme doesn't have a free trial. You can get started using the CRM for free until you're ready to use the fundraising platform.
